Isaiah 33:1 [View all]

Isaiah 33:1 states: "Woe to you, destroyer, you who have not been destroyed! Woe to you, betrayer, you who have not been betrayed! When you stop destroying, you will be destroyed; when you stop betraying, you will be betrayed."

"This verse expresses a warning and condemnation towards those who cause destruction and betrayal without facing consequences themselves. It emphasizes the inevitable justice that will come to those who harm others."
