105. I often feel the same way ...

but lease understand ... there is an element of DU that may be Progressive; but are not, Democrats. There is another segment of DU that are Democrats; but are not all that Progressive. Then there's a third element of DU that are neither Progressive or Democrats; but rather, view the political world in absolutist terms (as exhibited by the gop) while braying of their independent thinking ... all the time puzzled why their independent thinking/action doesn't net the results of the lock-step gop.

It seems to me, many come to this board for the explicit purpose of denying their own real world reality ... In order to get anything positive done, you must compromise.

Hang in here ... Read the OPs, or linked articles, and merely scan the comments. You will soon see who posts fact and reasoned argument (some of which you will disagree with) and those that post hair on fire, speculative nonsense for the sole purpose of having something to say.

And to those seeing themselves in what I've written ... Yes, I am being intentionally dismissive.
