VOIP landline connected to our Xfinity/Comcast modem will not receive incoming calls from AT&T. A(I)T&T Sucks! [View all]

I spent over 4 hours on the phone with Xfinity over 2 days and they said the problem is with Xfinity.

I couldn't get through to a live person w/ AT&T so went to one of their stores to try get help. The man said he'd spent over 7 hours trying to help a customer with the same problem then said the systems are incompatible. That's it! At least Xfinity tried to help!!

I just filed a complaint online w/ the FCC but am not hopeful.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?
