(Who you pay) cannot resolve it, cancel the service and complain that you are cancelling it due to faulty service, false advertising, or similar explanation. That’s all you can do. Then dispute any attempt for them to bill you for unfulfilled service.

I can call AT&T numbers using our landline (Xfinity VOIP). It's only incoming calls originating from AT&T. Just rings... RamblingRose Wednesday #5
