4. So, you can call AT&T, but AT&T cannot call you, is that correct?

Do you know what happens on the AT&T side when they try to call you? Do they get a call can't be connected message or a fast busy signal?

with minimal info, it sounds like either there is an issue with the call routing at one of the carriers, or possibly an issue with the modem you are using. If the issue is with the modem, your could try another modem.

It seems strange that Xfinity would say that the problem is on their end, but not provide a solution.
