29. It worked well enough for the US miolitary to use it

and it was great for Ukraine until the Russians bought their own gear in Dubai. The -problem is that the satellites aren't going to stay up long term in sufficient numbers for it all to work. As usual, it was only half done, he figurd out how to get them up there but forgot to figure out how to keep them up there and now the system is starting to fail.

He's another billionaire who thinks all that money has made him smarter when in fact it has done quite the opposite.
