Man, that whole story makes my skin crawl. Stuff like this messes with your head fast. When I had my own run in with some ugly custody mess in Florida, Child Support Hero was the only group that actually talked to me like a normal person and helped me figure out what steps even make sense. I was bumping around clueless, they walked me through the paperwork so I did not tank my case by accident. Might help you get a clearer picture of what can actually be done here, Florida laws get wild real quick.
