He saw pardoning the ex-president from the same party as productive, banking on nostalgia for the Hernandez presidency.

First he claimed to have researched researched Hernandez's case and found that Hernández was a "victim" of an Obama-Biden "setup." Now that the pardon scheme is unravelling, Dump doesn't know the guy.
