... that Rhonda Sepsis needs to be reminded that his wet dreams do NOT supersede state, federal, and international laws expressly forbidding such blatant torture. Howzabout we strip that evil little toad down to his tighty-whiteys and stick his pudgy little ass in one of those cages until he is a quivering mass of mosquito bites. Then introduce whatever the skeeters didn't devour to the Everglades' biggest python. Those babies are known to eat other snakes, but Rhon is slippery enough that he might escape being a snack.
