Yes, he's a politician now, but he's someone who wouldn't let the "play by the rules" establishment get in his way.

He's someone who would be willing to take necessary risks, and be unconventional in order to make sure things got done. There wouldn't be any fear of "looking political," and he wouldn't appoint anyone like Merrick Garland to make excuses, drag feet and not accomplish a damn thing.

He'd make the senate drop that damn filibuster to pack this supreme court and he'd bust heads who didn't go along with it.
