It needs to go. That's why democrats are so focused on fund-raising, the right wing has billionaires controlling the narrative right now because they have enormous amounts of cash to flood the system and keep their own sycophants in place. We see where it's gotten us. We've got to get money out of politics.

I need to do a search and find the column Bob Reich wrote about it - he claimed there was a way to handle it without even involving the Supreme Court. I'll see if I can find it. Alternatively, expanding the court and overturning that monster has got to be the starting point.
