3. Why do we need more aluminum smelting? India is totally capable and cost effective.

Do we want to revisit these pollution rich technologies? Will American's want to work in basic aluminum smelting and primary (extruded) fabrication? Who? Immigrants that aren't welcome? Doesn't make sense.
