Whole handfuls of it. Give your self a subdural hematoma. Or a catastrophic colonic bleed.

If this seems like a breach of the Hippocratic oath, bear in mind that when he dies, the health of the entire nation will improve immeasurably. I'm just trying to help cure the disease that ails us...
