and any other untreatable disease that's really uncomfortable.
How about ulcerative colitis. Nothing that affects the brain as I want them to be aware of their suffering.
How about an untreatable yeast infections for all the Trump females ..also lymphedema.
For the guys, permanent and severe ED and jock itch.

Nothing that their trillions can fix.
I could go on forever. I think that ALS is the cruelest disease.
I am feeling very guilty for all my dark thoughts .....
