The number of times I've seen a headline and opening paragraph heavily imply one thing only to discover the opposite is true in paragraph eight is bonkers.

Of course, it's intentional. The intent is to plant an image understanding full well that most people won't read that far.

To be fair, the OP did include the 14% part, and my brain got stuck on the 62%. That's when I realized I had to look at the actual poll to get full context.
