2. Has it been stated officially that he was taken to a hospital for treatment on an outpatient basis?

Yesterday

All I have heard is that he “suffered internal bleeding to the torso.” The federal building in Minneapolis might be equipped with a health care center. The one where I worked was. He could have been seen in such a center by a registered nurse or nurse practitioner.

Full disclosure: I am not hanging on every word.
