I don’t believe this story at all given the exaggerated nature of its claim — we can all see that mister powerful iceman moved around with ease as she started trying to turn the car, firing one shot through the windshield that was extremely close to the edge and then two more from the side. Immediately proceeding this he put his phone away in order to draw his weapon. He wasn’t injured in the slightest, and the idea he has torn or ruptured organs bleeding out into body cavities strikes me as ludicrous.

And of course, given that this regime will freely lie about matters even when video evidence undermines their claims, this should be regarded as deceitful and shallow propaganda.
