4. I wonder if any hotel is adequately staffed, considering that a lot of hotel employees

like maids, cleaners, kitchen staff, are immigrants. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that a lot of Minneapolis/St.Paul hotels are understaffed because employees are afraid to come to work. If they knew ICE was staying there they'd almost certainly stay away. ICE snatched the employees of a Mexican restaurant in Willmar after finishing their meal where the employees served them. Can't get much lower than that.
