Bill gave us a surplus and in retrospect, did the best he could in the time he was in
He did give us 10% in his first term and 10% in his second.
I don't include him in my top 5 presidents. But he has moved up in my opinion in retrospect.

Bush43 was a loser who was destined to one term as a loser nothing, until 9-11 happened
Bush was a negative 70% driving us so far backward.

he was reduced to photo ops in classrooms reading about ducks. Who knew it was his alibi.

Bill tried with healthcare and overreached and got nothing. NOTHING 0%
one of the reasons Teddy backed Obama in the first place
live and learn though

you don't overreach,
It's like going to a buffet all you can eat
you get what you can finish, then you go back for more.
Instead of the people that stack their plates so high you look at it and feel like throwing up before you even eat a bite
