In reply to the discussion: Border czar says, Jonathon Ross may sue for defamation of being labled a murderer [View all]underpants

Ive watched the videos enough and I pretty sure there were 3 shots. One was on her forearm which Id guess was from the natural instinct to raise your arm or hand. 4 wounds from 3 shots. She was probably already dead from the first one through the windshield.
Fox News gave the best linkable summary I could find.
Good, 37, suffered two gunshot wounds to the right side of her chest, one to her left forearm and one "with protruding tissue on the left side of the patients head," according to the report. Blood was also flowing from her left ear, the report said.
Initial reports indicated Good had been shot three times during the Jan. 7 incident.

OP
Please file that law suit Mr.Ross. Joyce Vance, or Glen Kirschner or Kamala Harris might love that case.

Yeah. His first thought was to hide his computer. People will get at his comments anyway.

I think a grand jury convened by the state/city might wipe the smile off his face....

Except that Trump did sue for that, and ABC settled for $15 million plus $1 million in legal fees

"Homan said he expects Ross to "'wait for this investigation to pan itself out'"?

It's defamation if you say something you KNOW to be false. It isn't if you believe what your saying to be true

Let's just say he sues. That means discovery and depositions. That process will be devastating for him.

He hasn't been charged or convicted with a crime. He has a strong case, but it would increase the backlash against ICE

I was going to make a discovery comment, but I am pleased to see it is well covered.
