The entire Grand Fenwick economy is based on making Pinot Grand Fenwick, but when a California winery in San Rafael makes Grand Enwick and forces the tiny nation into financial straits, leaders declare war on the United States (armed with crossbows) in hopes of surrendering and getting a Marshall Plan-like deal.
