ICE are not police. They have no police powers. They have no authority to enforce any laws other than as pertains to JUDICIAL warrants naming specific people. If they are hanging around intimidating people with their guns and police impersonation costumes, that is a felony assault. Call the real police on them. Demand to press assault charges.
