13. Texas seems to have an abundance of Democrats more than willing to vote against their own best interests.

Either too ignorant to understand the issues, too scared to vote a desired outcome or truly are dino's (democrats in name only)
IMHO, they do as instructed by their clergy. This is absolutely true of the abortion issue. If you can gain their trust, you gain their vote and their loyalty.
Result = Cuellar.
I think the #1 commonality for these 7 is that they're up for sale. Financial political support.
