44 dead at the hands of an early version of a of tea-bag. Kehoe was mad at the people of Bath because they voted for a consolidated school that meant a property tax increase. Kehoe and his wife had no children (thankfully), and the fact that his taxes went up just blew the failed farmers mind. He took out his rage on the people of Bath by killing their children. Some families lost more than one child. If all of his bombs had worked, the death toll would have been much higher.
