Wes Moore stated emphatically today on CNN that he is not [View all]
running in 2028. He said "I'm not running for President. I'm not." In an interview today with Kacy Hunt, he said that four years ago he had never held elective office. Okay, but things change 
and we are talking about two years from now. We shall see.
