Manny's own words are there. I didn't take it out of context. Manny feels, and he can deny it (and he's been called out in it before, so, this isn't new ... he even got caught editing one of his posts because it talked about the need for another recession), that we might be best served going into a depression because it could bring about radical change. I'm not taking his quote out of context - this is what he typed. To weed out the third way Democrats, we need the depression (we're not actually in a depression) to get worse.

Manny wants to weed 'em out. So, it's not hard to see that he also wants the economy to worsen so that we can weed 'em out.
