On the defensive when asked about himself but always attacking everyone else who could get us out of this.

If we keep putting novices in important roles, we will have only the best that untested trainees can offer... which isn't what we need.

I guess oyster farming is getting to be too much work?

Anyone with a vertical learning curve is not getting my vote.
