And you are correct: it is an amazing city!

The major damage to the area was a housing addition on the southside of Enid….approximately 40 homes have been destroyed. It’s an astonishing sight to see. But the best news is there were no casualties!

Okies are always keeping on eye to the skies and the other on the Weather people on the local tv stations. David Payne, Mike Morgan, etc are the ones to watch for live weather conditions.

I grew up there….Graduated from Enid High School, Class of 1977. I worked for USPS from 1981 through 2002. I saw many changes to Enid, but it still had a “small town” feel.

I moved away many years ago, but I would always go back because my parents still lived there.
