I could honestly see it either way (staged or not). The only thing I can say for sure is that I wish it had never happened. All it did was give his fans an excuse to call him a hero and exalt that "God saved him so he could be our president again!" *GAG*

Not to mention, a man in the audience died for nothing. (I know he was MAGA, but the last I heard, stupidity was not a capital offense.)
