are batshit crazy and they hate the US and mostly everybody else. It has been that way for almost 50 years now.

The country they run is not that far removed from what was described in The Handmaid's Tale. In fact it was the inspiration for the book. Out of control religious fanaticism.

I would hate to see them a nuclear power. Nothing good can come of it.
