Time for more journalists to do their damn jobs and make it clear there is no settlement. It's a corrupt plan to appropriate tax dollars without seeking congressional approval.

More theft in plain sight.

Like all the other criminal impoundments and expenditures they perpetrate by fiat, they know that even the trumpublicans in Congress would be unlikely to go along with acts so broadly condemned by the public.
