Hunters Only: Would it be legal to hunt with a Drone in your state? [View all]

As I read the hunting regulations for the State of West Virginia it would be legal to hunt in the state using an armed Drone as the weapon of choice. Radio-controlled Drones suitable in size and capacity to carry a gun and a camera can be purchased on E-Bay. It would be easy to make the package lethal; Put in a miniature camera from Radio Shack and add one more servo to fire a gun. With no law or regulation to deny me my right to fly my own armed drone, and being a hunting weapon its clearly covered by the 2nd Amendment, I suppose I could just go ahead if I wanted to. Could you do it in your state?

PS: There is no sarcasm tag on this post because I can see no reason why the most cowardly approach to warfare in the history of man should not be available to every cowardly sportsman.
