48. Age related retirement would be fine, except for one thing.

Gone is gone, however it happens, but I don't think either of them would voluntarily retire with a Democrat in the White House, and if anyone retires from SCOTUS while Trump's still in office, God knows what kind of freak(s) he would replace them with!
