30. Define "Fully himan"

If by "human" you mean the bad-ass hunters who brought home the meat in the stone age family unit, then ONLY men can be fully human.

If by "human" you mean the nurturing mothers who gathered plant foods and tended the young, then only women can be fully human.

If you mean the partnership that made human survival possible for hundreds of thousands of years in the midst of harsh post-ice age changing climate, then both are fully human.
