A Freeze Warning remains in effect until 9 am MST /8 am Pst/ Tuesday.

Affected area: the greater Phoenix area especially all outlying suburbs, as well as Wickenburg, Gila Bend, Quartzsite. Wenden, and Buckeye.
Currently, at 9 pm Friday, temperatures had already fallen into the lower and middle 30s across the outlying suburbs of Phoenix, and into the lower to middle 40s in the immediate urban corridor.
Temperature: morning lows will range from the low 30s in the urban Phoenix center down to the low 20s in the outlying suburbs and more rural areas.
Impacts: destruction of garden plants and vegetables, damage to landscaping plants and citrus trees, added hardship for homeless people and pets left outdoors, damage to exposed plumbing pipes.
