You might Get a Survey from an Outside firm afterwards. I worked for a Consulting firm That received lists of select customers' calls to follow up on .

However, I estimate That we only received 10% of the call Center's Call volume. So it May be good to send an email to General Customer service or Write a letter to the Executive Offices if Service was truly exemplary.
