45. Anyone who has travelled by rail in Europe and Japan in particular

knows how pathetic our train system is. There's no excuse other than that our politicians lack the political will and prefer to waste the national treasure on useless wars rather than invest in improving and modernizing our infrastructure. Long past time that we rearrange our priorities.
