157. If the issues are "legendary and "under observation for decades" then why make a hero a murderer?

People are acting like he's some whistleblower on a desperate spree to draw attention to his plight. He's not, as proven by your post. The problems are legendary; meaning, not a secret to anyone. The feds have been investigating for decades; meaning, the feds have been investigating for decades. He's not raising issues about serious corruption because the issues are legendary and have been investigated for decades.

Nevermind the fact that he's killing people wholly unassociated with his professed grievances and the even bigger fact that --

POTENTIAL RAMPAGE KILLERS OUGHT TO BE FIRED FROM THE POLICE DEPARTMENT!

Someone please explain to me how anyone can complain about Rampart being abusive when the cops act outside the law and then applaud when a manifestly deranged person goes around murdering innocent people on his own private revenge fantasy. It seems to me firing this jackhole was one of the few things the LAPD did good.
