...why don't we tell Congress to limit this power? That is, after all, their job. And ours should not be to stand in the spotlight and pontificate like this.

All Presidents have always had this power. It is Congress' responsibility to limit the Executive Branch. And as we've all seen since Iraq, they have grossly abdicated their responsibilities.

People want to stand in the center of the mall and cry, "That's not right!" Well, of course it isn't right. Has anyone proposed what should be done about it?
