Trying to get the discussion part that lays out why the NK think and act the way they do and how if the US wants other nations to stop the nukes and claims to the right of preemptive strikes than the US and its allies must do the same. The US really needs to play by the same rules they others to follow. It was an interesting and thoughtful conversation. If the leader of NK is treated like a head of state then the thinking is (by the guest journalist) he will act like one. If he is treated as a rogue than he will like one.
