When you start in the trade the boss tells you move this. Onto the truck. TWO tons of stuff. Sand, cement, clay, thinset and box after box of tile. 2 tons. FIVE TIMES you move it. On the truck, off the truck, through the box, into buckets, into the house and on the walls or floor. essentially you move two tons of stuff five times, each and every day you work.
