I don't know if they're still there, but here's what I found (if you go to my link, the clinic names are links to more info). There are free clinics listed, and some sliding scale low cost clinics for low income people, and some dental possibilities listed. It'll be a hassle going, and you'll probably have to wait a while to get in, but at least it looks like there's a chance you can get health care and MAYBE dental. At least a chance.
