It's a historical drama with fictional characters and events, but it still fairly accurately portrays the times and cultures in which it is set. I'm sure they get some details wrong but it's a good story.
And Lagertha is the best female lead I've seen in a long time. She's a bad ass.

yeah at this point it is even hard to watch Discovery and Science. They are very poorly produced.
