13. But the problem is...

...I called them the last time I wanted to get it and asked "What happens if I move before the year is up" and they said "You can take it with you any where you move in the U.S." and I said "OK, what if the new landlord won't let me have the dish on the roof" and they would not confirm, one way or the other, that I wouldn't be charged for the number of months remaining in my "contract." SOME landlords won't let you put the dish up. If that's the case, DirecTV does not explicitly state "If you aren;t allowed to have it, we won;t charge you."

That's why I haven;t had DirecTV for about 10 years.
