(4,876 posts)I like Comcast. I have been using them over 10 years now. This month my bill was $40 more than usual, I called them, they looked, fixed it, and all is well. I have had exactly 2 outages in the years I have had them and both times I have a service man here the same day. I never have any trouble from them, the service is good, and they have handled any problems I have had quickly and easily.
Yes they are a huge sucky corporation, and I'm sure some self righteous DU'er will tell me what an asshole I am for "supporting" them, but frankly with all this brand loyality crap floating around I don't give a shit. I'm tired of people who identify with certain brands acting all superior because their brand doesn't use slave labor.
Guess what? If you are an American you are using products that are made by companies that exploit people. There is no avoiding it. Bragging about how Apple is better than Microsoft or Samsung is better than Apple is just more bullshit thrown out there to divide people.
