....it has nothing to do with "media suppression". The lower level of flight permissible over populated areas and areas that are going though unusual circumstances is 1000 feet, has been since at least the early 1970s when I first took my flying lessons.

To characterize it as anything other is uninformed and ignorant, plain and simple.
