51. This exact thing happened to me several years ago

I was driving from Virginia to Nashville, TN, alone, and was on one of those long, no cars visible stretches of road, and saw a black pickup truck enter the expressway. I was in the fast lane doing 80mph, and he very quickly caught up to me and stayed even with me for quite some time. After about 3 or 4 minutes of trying to ignore him, I finally looked over to see who this asshole was, and it was then I realized I was dealing with one sick puppy on the road. His hips were jacked up to window level and he was masturbating furiously, while going 80 mph. All of his manhood could be seen above the rolled down window. It was the damnest thing I'd ever seen. I immediately took out my cell phone and made sure he could see I was dialing a number, and just as the lady said in her testimony, he made a quick exit off of the expressway. Never could get his license number and would bet he still stalks women on this very rural part of the road. He certainly seemed like an old hand at it.
