9. In the republican altered reality it is not a Bulls*** idea........

It helps serve the cause using divide and concur.
It feeds a basic human need to feel superior to somebody. Anybody.
If those welfare recipients didn't use drugs they would get off their buts and get a job and not need welfare.
See! I'm better than that.
Similar to the god gambit by which I'm better than you because I accept the bible on faith.

Not to mention that if you plan it out well one of you're companies will profit by the use of one the republican partys few products.
