because there were too many in it. See, it's not like food or transportation. Or healthcare.
Vital markets are where the lucrative outcomes are poised to take a nosedive when too much austerity hits. Yes, most people that can will grow a garden, learn how to use less energy, and basically "hoof it". But the vulnerable won't be able to do so, and those that have kindness in their hearts won't be able to handle the overflow.
