You mean the one adopted by every member of SCOTUS, the President, and nearly every constitutional scholar in the US? Everyone has realized (except the far fringe) that if it was supposed to mean what the pretenders said it means it would have been written, " A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the militia to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." But of coarse it doesn't and that is why virtually nobody who matters is carrying that water..
